An order is considered submitted when it has been successfully recorded by LayOura by MARK. Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee immediate commencement of work. Orders may require confirmation and further communication before production begins.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on our website may vary according to the selected service, package, quantity, requirements, complexity, and applicable promotional offers.

Where an advance payment is required, the customer is responsible for paying the stated advance before work begins.

Any remaining payment must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Promotional discounts are subject to the applicable promotional conditions and validity period.

6. Project Details and Customer Materials

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, text, logos, photographs, brand assets, and other materials required for your project.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use materials that you provide to us.

LayOura by MARK is not responsible for legal claims arising from copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise restricted material supplied by the customer.

7. Design Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the selected service or package.

A revision means a reasonable modification to the previously agreed design. A completely new concept, substantially changed requirements, or additional work may be treated as a new service and may involve additional charges.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some services may use artificial intelligence or AI-assisted tools.

AI-generated content may contain limitations, inconsistencies, or elements that require human review and editing. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver professional results, but we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated element will be completely unique or free from similarities to existing material.

Customers should review final AI-assisted content before commercial use where appropriate.

9. Websites and Digital Services

For website-development services, the final scope depends on the package and requirements agreed with the customer.

Third-party platforms, hosting services, domains, plugins, APIs, and other external services may have their own terms, limitations, fees, or availability.

LayOura by MARK cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, LayOura by MARK retains rights to its original design processes, templates, working methods, internal resources, and reusable design assets.

Upon completion and settlement of the applicable payment, the customer may use the final delivered work for the purpose agreed for the project.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, images, icons, AI-generated elements, and other resources may be subject to separate licenses or usage restrictions.

11. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the customer specifically requests otherwise before publication, LayOura by MARK may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

If a project contains confidential information, customers should inform us before work begins.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the work already completed.

Once substantial work has started, an advance payment may be non-refundable to the extent that it covers work already performed, resources used, or costs incurred.

Any refund decision will be made according to the specific circumstances of the order.

13. Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the selected service, project complexity, customer responsiveness, revisions, and availability of required information.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, additional revisions, or changes requested by the customer may affect the delivery schedule.

14. Communication

We may contact customers using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided during an order or account registration.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

15. Limitation of Liability

LayOura by MARK will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services. However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, platform outages, internet problems, unauthorized access, or customer-supplied content.

Our liability, where legally permitted, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

16. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse projects involving illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content or activities.

We may also refuse a project where fulfilling the request would violate applicable law or third-party rights.
